As a huge fan of the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, I was interested in trying the Colourpop No Filter Concealer, which some have said is a dupe for Tarte's most popular concealer. So, do I think it's a dupe?

Tarte Shape Tape Concealer: Fair (it's too light for me)
Colourpop No Filter Concealer: Fair Neutral
