Colourpop Haul | Pressed Powder Shadows | Swatches

Like many eyeshadow addicts, I'd hoped to get my hands on the Morphe X Jaclyn Hill Palette. Unfortunately it sold out. There were so many warm toned matte shades in that palette that I was curious about. So, I decided now was a great time to try Colourpop's pressed powder shadows in similar shades. I'm really happy for the detour, because the matte shades are so creamy and pigmented.

Full Face of Free Makeup Samples | Will I Purchase?

I have recently found myself with quite the collection of free makeup samples with purchase! So many so, I could do a full face of makeup. So what did I get? Would I purchase?

UPDATE: Everything wore really well. However, the NYX Total Control Drop Foundation did not wear well. It broke up within a few hours. I have enough for a second application, so I will give it a second chance with a different primer. I'll keep you posted!

Wet N Wild Haul & First Impressions | 1 Month YouTube-iversary!

I finally received my Wet N Wild Cosmetics order in the mail, and immediately sat down to do a haul and first impressions of all of the products I got. Products ranging from foundation, to blush, highlighters, eye shadow, and lipstick!

It has also been one month since I started my YouTube channel. I'm proud of myself for finally doing it, though it has proven to be a lot of work. I did expect that going into it though. In-Depth Brow Routine | Drawing In The Front Of Your Brows

While discovering the proper shape of my eyebrows in order to frame my face the best, I realized I wanted to draw in the front of my eyebrows. This is a very tricky thing to do without making your eyebrows look too harsh or bold. After trial and error, I discovered the three products and one brush I needed to draw my eyebrows and make them look as natural as possible.

Everyday Makeup Look | My First Video!

Starting a YouTube channel was something I thought about for over a year. I had always loved watching makeup tutorials, and religiously looked for reviews before I made any beauty related purchase.

As I watched videos, usually while laying in bed trying to wind down and go to sleep, I found I got better at makeup using what I had learned. I have always loved makeup, guilty of going through my mom's makeup attempting to put it on when I was a little girl. But somewhere along the line I had lost interest, got into a routine with a few products and stuck with it... for years.

Watching beauty vloggers on YouTube awakened the makeup lover in me! I received a lot of comments on my makeup and several "What did you use?" And ultimately, many "You should start a YouTube channel!" I have always loved all things film and photography, and am very good at video editing if I do say so myself. Speaking in front of the camera has proven to be a challenge, but I feel I will only get better with time!
